I am

I am Caro von Oertel Mentor for people looking for their IKIGAI and to improve their position at work. Founding Partner of Poder Creativo Consultora, with a solid background in International Relations at Bachelor and Master level. I have more than 20 years of work experience where I have excelled in coordinating teams and advising leaders in different areas, both locally and internationally.

As a facilitator of transformation processes, my speciality focuses on negotiation and conflict resolution, the promotion of social dialogue and capacity building for the future of work.

I have led interdisciplinary teams of various sizes, from small groups to more than 250 people, which has given me a broad and deep perspective on the importance of effective communication, interpersonal relationship management and team management for the success of any organisational policy and to achieve the best performance in business.

I strongly believe in the need to invest in developing human skills and changing the perspective of leaders in order to attract committed and valuable talent that will result in better performance for organisations.

In my coaching and mentoring, I promote well-being at work from an inclusive, equitable and sustainable perspective, convinced that it is key to the growth and success of any organisation.
